The video was filled will good information, but over all I already knew most of what the video was teaching. I would definitely recommend this video to beginners that are interested in learning the material

Season Start

The 2008-2009 Swimmng and Diving has it's first meet thursday the 11th @ Otsego High School. Also there is an Inv. @ Marshall High School on Saturday the 13th. Come and support our swimmers!
